How to Ship Your Booth

Shipping to the event:

  • Please make sure all of your boxes are marked clearly with your company name and booth number as indicated on the shipment labels in the Exhibitor Kit (you will be sent a custom link to access the exhibitor kit portal).
  • Schedule your boxes to arrive between June 16 and July 10 for standard receiving rates.
  • Deadline for all deliveries is July 10, 2023 to Alliance. Contact Chris Faria to ship to Grand Sierra Resort.

Shipping from the event:

  • Exhibitors must pickup, complete and return the Outbound Material Handling Form to the Alliance Expo desk on site.
  • Please have your packages boxed, secured, and UPS/Fed Ex return label completed for pick up at show by closing Wednesday, July 19, 2023.

Driving In?

 

If you are driving in your booth to Grand Sierra Resort, deliveries will be accepted on Monday only. Please email chris@betravingknows.com to coordinate with GSR or call her at 775-741-1090.

If you are driving in and have booth material in your car, valet WILL NOT take your packages over to the convention center. You'll need to roll it yourself or make arrangements at the loading dock for Monday by contacting Chris Faria.

Alliance Expo will send all exhibitors a link to order their booth package and order any additional services or furniture.

Free furniture including black drape, waste basket, and ID sign, plus your choice from three standard booth package options:

  • Option 1 – One six foot black draped table with two molded plastic chairs
  • Option 2 – One high boy bar height table with two stools
  • Option 3 – No furniture

Your 10x10 booth does NOT include:

 

  • Electricity – Electricity is not provided. Please download the PDF from Grand Sierra Resort in the exhibitor kit and email it to jerome.pierce@grandsierraresort.com . For basic electricity (5 AMP) it is $150 (two days at $75). Any questions on amperage, contact Jerome Pierce, GSR AV, 775-789-1605 directly. Please order electricity prior to the show - day-of-show orders will be subject to a 25% increase.
  • Drayage at Show – You will be charged for booth handling by Alliance Expo

You will be sent a special code to register for exhibitor badges in May 2023. If you wish to purchase additional badges, you can purchase them directly on the website here.

Event Mobile App, Logo and Prizes

Your Logo

All exhibitors and sponsors need to send a high-res logo file to chase@ravingconsulting.com by June 16, 2023. This will be used for on-site signage and in our printed show guide.

EPS and AI files preferred. High resolution JPG and PNG files are acceptable.

Event Mobile App

All exhibitors and sponsors will gain access to the event mobile app before the event. You can customize your booth listing through the platform, it is completely optional but recommended!

Your login instructions will be sent to you about one week before the event begins! Watch this video on using WHOVA as an exhibitor.

Prizes!

You are encouraged to give away prizes to attendees. We will be awarding them through our virtual passport along with session giveaways, plus our final networking break with special prize giveaway. Email chris@ravingconsulting.com if you would like to give away a gift or prize!

Connect with Attendees and Promote

Emails to Attendees

Raving is pleased to share our attendee list with exhbitors and sponsors. Most tradeshows don’t allow this anymore, so let’s keep this valuable perk by following a couple of guidelines:

  1. We'll email all exhibitors the list of attendees prior to the event, then weekly as the event draws near. You will receive a final list of attendees after the conference as well.
  2. We ask that you do the following (based on the CAN-SPAM Act): Do not add attendees to your electronic mailing list without their permission. And if they request that you do not email them, please don’t!
  3. As an exhibitor or a sponsor of the conference, personal emails to the attendees to invite them to dinners, for coffee, to your booth, etc., is absolutely fine. Plus, you’ll get a much better response rate if your email is personal!
  4. Please reference the following dates and name of the conference (there are a lot of Indian gaming events and it can get confusing): Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, July 18-19, 2023, Grand Sierra Resort
  5. If you are inviting a large group to a dinner or late-night affair outside of the official conference program, drop Chris Faria a line to let her know. This helps us know what is going on so our team at registration doesn’t lead attendees astray with lack of information.
