SPEAKER REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

If you haven't yet, click the link below to register as a speaker for the conference. Use this form to RSVP for special events and luncheons and to tell us which days you will be onsite!

All speakers need to formally register for the event - please do so here.

Travel & Room Discounts

Make sure to book your room before June 29, 2024, to take advantage of special savings only available with our special group code!

To stay at our host property Grand Sierra Resort, and learn more about discounts and special offers available to our attendees, please visit our travel page. 

CAUTION: No one from Grand Sierra Resort  should be calling you about our room block. Sometimes third-party suppliers will try to sell hotel rooms, attendee lists, and other details related to events. Please only use the link or the phone number on our travel page to book your stay.

Headshot, Bio & Badges

Headshot & Bio: Please confirm we have the correct headshot, title and bio listed on our speaker page. If you do not see your name listed or if you need changes made to your speaker profile, contact us! 

Picking up Your Badge: As a speaker, you have a full conference pass for both events: Casino Marketing & Technology Conference and the Host Player Development Conference!

Make sure to complete your online registration before June 17, 2024 to pick up your speaker badge in-person from the registration desk during the show.

Click the button below to download your PowerPoint  and handout templates for our 2024 show! Once you have downloaded your blank template files, add your session content to the slides and handout pages and upload them for review before June 21, 2024!

Handouts and printed collateral are welcome in our sessions! Please use the blank template provided to create your session collateral and submit it with your session materials. Upload your final handouts by June 21, 2024 to ensure they can be printed in time for the show!

Want to use a video in your session? No problem! Please make sure to upload the video file (.mp4 or .mov file types) with your final presentation materials by June 21, 2024, to ensure we can include the video in our A/V lineup!

Don't forget! Each session will kick off with a walk-up song of your choice! That's right, forget WWE – Raving conferences are the place to be! Submit your walk-up song idea with your final session materials! 

If we have any questions while we review your materials and submissions, we will contact you directly. From there, our team will proof your presentation deck and handouts, print any collateral for the session, and prepare any video submissions to be included in the A/V lineup for day of show.

ALL SESSION MATERIALS ARE DUE! Our team will proof your presentation, enable polls (if your session is utilizing them), return the final proofed files to you, then load all collateral onto our conference laptops for day of show. Schedule your onsite speaker rehearsal here!

ROOM DISCOUNT ENDS: This is the deadline to book your discounted room under our group room block. It is highly recommended to make your reservation as early as possible as we have sold out in the past. Visit our travel page for more information or to book your room today!

MOBILE APP ACCESS & SURVEY RESULTS: Speakers get access to the event mobile app (Whova) this week, as well as the attendee list, finalized session materials and pre-conference survey results. Keep an eye on your inbox for access and instructions!

ONSITE SESSION REHEARSALS: It is highly recommended to arrive at our host property the morning of (or day before) Monday, July 15, 2024 to take advantage of on-site A/V rehearsals for your session. Schedule your practice-run here!

Your Role

On our agenda page, you'll see different roles assigned to different speakers and presenters at the conference. Check out the speaker types below:

Speaker

You are presenting by yourself or with a group of other speakers.

You are responsible for your PowerPoint presentation, polling, handouts, etc. You can schedule a rehearsal for your session as well (see below).

Moderator

You are leading a discussion with a group of panelists. You will be provided contact info for all panelists in your session. If you have not received yours, please contact Karly Bristol.

You are responsible for meeting with your panelists to get their input on the session. You are also responsible for your PowerPoint presentation, polling, handouts, etc. You can can schedule a rehearsal for your session as well (see below).

Panelist

You are participating as a panelist in a discussion led by a moderator. Your moderator will be in contact with you regarding discussion points and input.

You are responsible for communicating with your session moderator about the session and attending any session rehearsals they may wish to coordinate. If you have not been contacted by your session moderator, please contact Karly Bristol.

Phil Donahue

AKA Audience Mic Support

If you've been selected as a Q&A moderator for a session (or as we say at Raving, a Phil Donahue), you help relay audience questions to the presenters.

TIP: If you are a "Phil," have some questions ready to ask in case the room is quiet! We select experts who know the topics being discussed, so feel free to fill out the discussion!

Whova for Speakers - Our Event Mobile App

Access to Virtual Event Platform

It is highly recommended that you engage on the app with attendees and check your session for questions (during and after the event). Attendees will have access to the conference platform for 60 days, so questions and comments may come in after the live event.

We will have a team of "Phil Donahues" in the room to moderate all questions coming in while you're presenting.

You will receive your login instructions to access the platform by July 10th. You can preview the Mobile App and Speaker Hub by watching the video in this section.

Onsite Session Walkthrough & A/V Rehearsal

All session speakers and moderators can schedule a walk through of their session with Karly Bristol and Gency Warren. Rehearsals will be Monday, July 15, 2024  in the main classroom at the Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) in Reno, NV. Use the scheduling tool below, or click "book now," to book a time that works for you!

Note: You may want to fly in a day early (Sunday, July 14, 2024) or arrive early on Monday to have the opportunity to rehearse. Visit our travel page for more information!
