Historic PD Tour with Steve Browne
As part of the many ways Raving is celebrating its 25th anniversary, we invite you on a special tour that takes us back to the foundations of our player development and guest service program created 25 years ago and shared with thousands of operators worldwide. That’s right. Steve Browne, began as a “lumpy” crap dealer to a player-engaging pit boss, and then went on to become a casino owner for nearly 10 years with an unheard-of formula of “customer worship.”
We’ll take you to historic downtown Carson City via bus to Steve’s previous “laboratory” Cactus Jack’s, as well as his main competition from those days across the street, the historic 70 year old Carson Nugget Casino.
The tour includes dinner at a local downtown Mexican restaurant, and if you’re one who enjoys a good cigar, Steve’s infamous Cigar Bar is right next door. Get ready for plenty of interaction and education around the birthplace of the industry’s most successful and long lasting data driven PD and loyalty programs.
Meet at Grand Sierra Resort valet no later than 5:20 pm; return by 10:30 pm; beverages on bus supplied.
